At Hestia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
